Things to Do in Warkworth & Area
The Village of Warkworth has a charming Main Street filled with boutique shops and galleries all within easy walking distance of Humphrey House. Stop and sit a spell at the Mill Pond just down the street at the Warkworth Conservation Area or turn left down Main Street past the shops and follow the Millenium Trail which skirts along Percy Creek as it flows eastward out of the village. There are pleanty of wildflowers and planted gardens to see along the route and even the occaisional blue heron. - The Roseneath Carousel - Take a ride on an authentic, 1906 C.W. Parker Carousel. Only four of the Roseneath type of carousel were made in North America and the Roseneath Carousel was found to be stamped Number 3 on the ring gear during restoration.

- Warkworth Maple Syrup Festival - Held at the beginning of March, one of the first Maple Syrup Festivals of the year draws thousands of people to Warkworth.
- Warkworth Western Weekend - The Rodeo come to town every July. Part of the Warkworth Western Weekend.
- Warkworth Long Lunch - The Long Lunch derives its name from the vision of its founders. Tables set end to end down the middle of one of the nicest main streets in small town Ontario. Held in August.
- Warkworth Fall Fair - Held annually on the second weekend of September, this year marks the 157th year making it one of the oldest agricultural fairs in Ontario.
